UI/UX, Brand identity design.

big ticket is a browser extension and app that aims to help consumers make the best buying decisions for big ticket items. They wanted a platform to provide users a seamless shopping experience that allows them to compare products, price track, generate promotion codes, and provide a side-by-side overview of the products they like. By making information easily accessible, the ‘intention-action gap’ is closed.

Transforming the online
shopping experience

Using a unique data algorithm, predictive analytics could be used to help consumers find products and helps merchants optimize their product offerings and prices. I created a browser extension and web app that can be used across different platforms and devices (including iPads, phones, and laptops).

The big ticket advantage

The system we designed revolves around three main factors:

 

1) Comparison of Products: We compare saved items to help users to buy the right product for their needs.

2) Pricing Transparency: Features such as the price tracker tool and comparable product search gives consumers the information they need to get the best deal online, without any biases. 

3) Environmental Sustainability: Consumers - particularly Millennials - increasingly say they want brands that embrace purpose and sustainability. Our algorithm will give each product a sustainability score, enabling consumers to shop sustainably without doing additional research.
